Denali to Anchorage busDenali Bus is the daily park connection bus between Anchorage and Denali National Park. The Denali bus trip between Anchorage and Denali Park offers spectacular scenery as you travel the Parks Highway. You will appreciate the comfortable seating, generous legroom, and large picture windows of the custom motorcoaches. Your knowledgeable bus driver-guide will offer tour highlights along the route, and ample photo and restroom stops will be made.

Our most popular Denali transportation option is to travel one direction by bus and return by the Alaska Railroad Denali Star Train, allowing you to take in the scenic vistas of both the highway and rail routes.

Custom Denali transportation, lodging and Denali Tour packages are available. Email or call for information.

Denali busThe morning 7:00 am Anchorage bus departure is timed to allow same-day connections with Camp Denali Lodge, Kantishna Roadhouse Lodge and Denali Backcountry Lodge buses going to the Denali National Park lodges in Kantishna at the end of the restricted Denali Park Road. The bus ride from Anchorage to the Denali National Park entrance takes about five hours. The bus trip from the Denali Park entrance to the Kantishna lodges at the end of the park road may take an additional six hours, making for a long day of travel. The total trip can be completed in one day, but we suggest that visitors traveling to one of the lodges in Kantishna break up their travel time and stay overnight at the park entrance. This makes for a more enjoyable and less rushed trip.

The morning departure arrives in Denali at about 12:30 pm and allows time for a added afternoon Denali raft trip or a visit to Jeff Kings Huskey Homestead Dog Mushing tour.

For the Denali Park Bus Tours in to the park see our narrated Denali bus tour page.
